Festive completion of 18 social housing units in Livingstone Park
GOUDA – On Monday 14 October, Blink, Driestar and Van Zanten Bouw festively handed over 18 flats at Livingstonelaan in Gouda to Mozaïek Wonen. These social rental flats are intended for (young) starters.
With the completion, developers Blink and Driestar, Van Zanten Bouw, the municipality of Gouda and Mozaïek Wonen show that a pleasant residential neighbourhood is a varied and inclusive neighbourhood. The parties are thus responding to the demand for a diverse housing mix.
Livingstone Park in Gouda is a new and special living environment. The flats have the same look as the other houses in the neighbourhood: they come from one architectural family. This is reflected in the materials used, but also in the transverse roofs. In this way, the apartment complex follows the appearance and intimate character of Livingstone Park.
The sustainable and green neighbourhood consists of 59 homes, a mix of detached houses, semi-detached houses, intermediate and corner houses and social housing. The composition of the housing stock will soon be reflected in the residents: a congenial cross-section of everyone who enjoys peace, greenery and comfort.
